..can be made in many styles and from many different materials. The design, purpose and function of the puppet will often dictate the best method and material, however my preference and area of expertise is wood. Wooden marionettes have a nice balance, style and tradition to them. A carved wooden marionette is not quick to make but will last a lifetime.
